- In Phase 1, advertiser can create a campaign using the sponsored product ad format.
- The advertiser has the option of creating campaigns with an endless duration or one with a start and end date.
- The advertiser can select a daily or total budget for their campaign.
- The advertiser can manage auction bids using CPC, target ACoS for the bid, and automatic bidding.
- Advertisers can target keywords in their campaigns. There are two options in keyword targeting: automatic and manual.
- There are 3 types of keyword targeting: exact, phrase, and broad.
- During the campaign creation process keywords that match the products the advertiser has added to the campaign are recommended.
- The advertiser can see keyword's level of competitiveness, average search volume, and average suggested bid amount.
- The advertiser can set a different bid for each keyword included in the campaign with the fixed bid option.

- Customer has access to the table of campaigns ever created on RMA platform via admin panel.
- Customer can create a campaign by selecting an advertiser via admin panel.
- Customer has access to the table of advertisers using RMA platform via admin panel.
- Customer can switch to the view of the specific advertiser by clicking on the advertiser name in each clickable area via admin panel.
- In the advertiser view, Customer has all the capabilities of the advertiser.
- Customer has access to the table of agencies to group advertisers if necessary via admin panel.
