The GoSpike RMA platform has the following services committed.

  1. GoSpike provides a platform that enables sellers on the Customers’ platform to manage the operations of creating campaigns and viewing performance results through a single interface.
  2. Customer can invite sellers to RMA platform as advertisers via admin panel.
    1. The advertiser gets an invitation mail.
    2. Through the provided link, the advertiser can set up password and access RMA platform.
  3. In Phase 1, advertiser can create a campaign using the sponsored product ad format.
  4. The advertiser has the option of creating campaigns with an endless duration or one with a start and end date.
  5. The advertiser can select a daily or total budget for their campaign.
  6. The advertiser can manage auction bids using CPC, target ACoS for the bid, and automatic bidding.
  7. Advertisers can target keywords in their campaigns. There are two options in keyword targeting: automatic and manual.
    1. There are 3 types of keyword targeting: exact, phrase, and broad.
  8. During the campaign creation process keywords that match the products the advertiser has added to the campaign are recommended.
  9. The advertiser can see keyword's level of competitiveness, average search volume, and average suggested bid amount.
  10. The advertiser can set a different bid for each keyword included in the campaign with the fixed bid option.
  11. The advertiser might add search results for which they do not want to display ads as negative keywords.
  12. The advertiser can select ad placement. There will be 2 options in Phase 1: category pages and search results.
  13. The advertiser can target audience if the following details are provided. There are two options in audience targeting: automatic and manual.
    1. Platform (Tablet, Mobile, Mobile Application, Desktop)
    2. Age Range (18-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65+)
    3. City (All cities in the country)
    4. Customer Type(Existing Customers, New Customers)

  14. The advertiser can create real time report to measure the performance of their campaign.
    1. Scheduled reports can be sent to the advertiser. (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)
    2. The advertiser can create predefined report.
    3. The advertiser can create customized report by adding dimensions, metrics and filters.
  15. Customer has access to the table of campaigns ever created on RMA platform via admin panel.
  16. Customer can create a campaign by selecting an advertiser via admin panel.
  17. Customer has access to the table of advertisers using RMA platform via admin panel.
  18. Customer can switch to the view of the specific advertiser by clicking on the advertiser name in each clickable area via admin panel.
    1. In the advertiser view, Customer has all the capabilities of the advertiser.
  19. Customer has access to the table of agencies to group advertisers if necessary via admin panel.
